Dr. Carr Kelsey
Dr. Kelsey has family roots in Collierville dating back to the 1800s. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Auburn University and is a 1999 graduate of Auburn’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his wife Fran are active members of Grace Evangelical Church with their children Carrington, Ainsley, and Knox. Dr. Kelsey’s canine family members are Charlie, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Shih Tzu littermates, Cam and Lucy. His passions away from the clinic include spending time with his family, reading, and the outdoors.
Dr. Lacey Rush
A Germantown native earned a bachelor’s in zoology and a master's in molecular biology at Auburn University before earning her doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of Tennessee. War Eagle and go Vols! She practiced general and emergency medicine in North Carolina before recently moving to Collierville with her family and numerous fur babies. Dr. Rush is very passionate about working with clients to involve them in making good medicinal and preventative care decisions for their dogs. It’s a joint effort! Her other areas of interest include emergency and critical care, anesthesia and pain management, metabolic and endocrine disorders, and abdominal ultrasonography. Her favorite dog breed (though they are all fabulous in their own way) is the pug- their gregarious personalities and numerous wrinkles make “smooching” them irresistible to Dr. Rush. Outside of work, Dr. Rush enjoys running, competing in triathlons, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Trudy Dunlap
Holds a BS in Nutrition from the University of Memphis, in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed a rotating nutrition internship at The University of Arkansas for Medical Science and the VA Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Dunlap practiced as a Registered Dietitian with advanced certification in Nutritional Support in critical care and trauma. After practicing several years at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Dunlap made the decision to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She felt this was a way to marry two passions – medicine and animals. Dr. Dunlap went on to earn her DVM from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Dr. Dunlap has practiced small animal medicine in Collierville and more recently in Downtown and Midtown Memphis. 1/5 Dr. Dunlap completed advanced training in acupuncture from the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. She enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine including surgery, critical care, and internal medicine. Some of her favorite patients are geriatric old souls. The decision to return to her roots practicing medicine in Collierville, Tennessee was an easy one because she knows the community is so welcoming and the Kelsey Canine Medical Center is top-notch. Dr. Dunlap lives on a small farm surrounded by horses, goats, chickens, geese, and a special turkey named George. She is married to Alex and has 2 children, Hannah and Will, who happen to be twins (same litter). Her best friend is Sunny, her Border Collie mix.

Dr. Kristi Camp
Dr. Camp is a New Orleans native who migrated “up north” to Memphis to earn her undergraduate degree in Biology from Christian Brothers University. Prior to veterinary school, she worked as a marine mammal trainer in the Florida Keys as well as in research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the Department of Infectious Diseases. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Geaux Tigers! (Sorry Dr. Kelsey, not your tigers!) Dr. Camp practiced in Chattanooga before returning back to Memphis and has since then been practicing in the area. She and her husband have two little boys and live in Germantown. Her furry family members include Marlie dog (mommy’s sidekick), Beignet (the misbehaved golden retriever), and a cat named Arthur Fonzarelli (the one who runs the show). She and her husband Carey are avid Mississippi State fans and will celebrate 14 years of marriage in 2021. Together, they have one two-legged child (a son, Luke) and one four-legged baby Sunny (a black lab). If Jennifer is not working on a Saturday, you will find the whole family water skiing at Pickwick Lake.

She works full-time at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the Experimental Hematology Department and is able to fulfill her veterinary medicine passion at Kelsey Canine Medical Center on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays. Kalin is married to her husband, Corey, who is a firefighter for the Memphis Fire Department. Kalin has 2 dogs- a rescued Belgian Malinois named Mia and a solid black German Shepherd Dog named Macy. Kalin is an avid fan of the NFL and regularly attends Tennessee Titans home games. Kalin's favorite part of veterinary medicine is geriatrics; someone wise once told her "age is not a disease", and that has been her driving force behind helping our best friends receive optimal care in their golden years. A fun fact about Kalin is that her birthday is on National Dog Day!
