Dr. Lacey Rush
DVM
A Germantown native earned a bachelor’s in zoology and a master's in molecular biology at Auburn University before earning her doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of Tennessee. War Eagle and go Vols! She practiced general and emergency medicine in North Carolina before recently moving to Collierville with her family and numerous fur babies. Dr. Rush is very passionate about working with clients to involve them in making good medicinal and preventative care decisions for their dogs. It’s a joint effort! Her other areas of interest include emergency and critical care, anesthesia and pain management, metabolic and endocrine disorders, and abdominal ultrasonography. Her favorite dog breed (though they are all fabulous in their own way) is the pug- their gregarious personalities and numerous wrinkles make “smooching” them irresistible to Dr. Rush. Outside of work, Dr. Rush enjoys running, competing in triathlons, and spending time with her family.
