Dr. Kelsey’s kindness, heart, genuineness and knowledge as a doctor outweigh any I have ever come across in my years as a pet owner. He gives each of his patients and their owners 100% of his time and attention. I have been a pet owner for twenty years and “I will not let any other doctor touch my dog”. She means the world to me and he knows it. I can never ask a dumb question: I can never call too many times. When I leave a message, he returns the call personally.
