Veterinarians on Staff - Dr. Kelsey
After practicing in the Collierville area for over eight years, Dr. Kelsey was ready to start The Kelsey Canine Medical Center on May 14th 2007. It is the fulfillment of his dream to establish the first local veterinary practice devoted solely to the health of your canine companion.Dr. Robert Kelsey is a native Memphian with his family roots right here in Collierville dating back to the 1800's. He is a 1999 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Auburn. He and his wife Fran are active members of Grace Evangelical Church. They have two sons, Carrington and Knox, and daughter, Ainsley. Dr. Kelsey shares his bed with his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named "Chloe".
Outside of veterinary medicine his passions include spending time with his family, reading, and the outdoors. Dr. Kelsey's areas of special interest in veterinary practice include endoscopy, orthopedics, gastroenterology, and dermatology.

Louisa Robertson - With over 25 years experience in the veterinary industry, including 13 years as a veterinary assistant, Louisa is right at home assisting our canine companions. A native of California, she is thrilled to be living in Tennessee with enough space to fulfill her lifelong dream of horse ownership. Louisa recently adopted a stray shepherd mix through the Kelsey Canine Medical Center who has been aptly named Lucky Lucy.

Geri Walter - Having several dogs helps to impress upon Geri the TLC needed to keep her canines healthy throughout their lives - This transfers to better care and compassion for our canine patients. Personal pets include Montauk, Indigo, Cookie, Scout, Tambur, Maddie, Briggs and Charlie.

Theresa Stewart - Theresa has 15 years of veterinary experience including expertise in dental work and continues to enjoy caring for canine companions each and every day. She and her fiancé Hickory have a house full of boys including her three dogs, Jaxx, Xochipilli, and Rocco, and her sons, Kaleb (17) and Kody (16). Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending weekends at the lake having fun in the sun.
Beth White - After earning a B.A. in biology and psychology from the University of Mississippi, Beth achieves great understanding and care of our canine patients. She has one son, Rory, with her husband Chad. Bentley and Gracie are the family beagles.

Jennifer Keirce - Jennifer is a 2002 graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis. She has a degree in political science, but her love of animals has led to several animal related positions like horseback riding instructor, zookeeper at the Memphis Zoo, and now to Kelsey Canine as a veterinary assistant. She is excited to help care for our patients and is eager to add a new canine member to her family.

Emily Shaul - Emily is currently a student at Collierville High School and hopes to attend medical school in the future. She is excited to be part of the Kelsey Canine family. She enjoys taking care of our patients and assisting in the treatment area. At home, she loves playing with her family pets, Phoebe, Annabelle, and Taz.
